Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen. It gives you a quick overview of your Syfon setup and recent activity.

What you'll see

Subscribe banner

If you don't have an active subscription yet, you'll see a banner at the top of the page. If you're the team owner, you can click Subscribe Now to go straight to checkout. If you're not the owner, it will tell you to ask your team owner to subscribe.

You can still use Syfon while this banner is showing. You can create flows and add destinations. Your flows will just stay in "pending" status until someone subscribes.

Stat cards

Below the banner, you'll see three cards:

• Active Flows: How many of your flows are currently active and receiving messages. Click "View all flows" to go to the Flows page.
• Phone Numbers: How many of your flows have phone numbers assigned. Click "Add new number" to create a new flow.
• Recent Messages: How many messages you've received recently. Click "View messages" to go to the Messages page.

Recent Messages

The bottom left shows your five most recent incoming messages. Each one shows:

• Who sent it (the sender's phone number)
• A preview of the message text
• When it arrived

Click "View all" to see your full message history.

Active Flows

The bottom right shows up to five of your flows. Each one shows:

• The flow name
• The phone number (if one has been assigned)
• Whether it's active or inactive

Click any flow to go to its detail page. If you don't have any flows yet, you'll see a button to create your first one.
